A Novel Approached Based on T-Spherical Fuzzy Schweizer-Sklar Power Heronian Mean Operator for Evaluating Water Reuse Applications under Uncertainty

The T-Spherical Fuzzy set (T-SPHFS) is one of the core simplifications quite a lot fuzzy concepts such as (FS), intuitionistic (ITFS), picture (PIFS), Q-rung orthopair (Q-RUOFS), etc. T-SPHFS reveals judgment by degree positive membership, abstinence, negative and refusal with relaxed conditions, this more powerful mathematical tool to pair inconsistent, indecisive, indistinguishable information. In article, several novel operational laws for T-SPFNs based on Schweizer–Sklar t-norm (SSTN) t-conorm (SSTCN) are initiated, some desirable characteristics these investigated. Further, maintaining dominance power aggregation (POA) operators that confiscate ramifications inappropriate data Heronian mean (HEM) consider interrelationship among input information being aggregated, we intend focus (T-SPHFSSPHEM) operator, geometric (T-SPHFSSPGHEM) weighted (T-SPHFSSPWHEM) (T-SPHFSSPWGHEM) their properties exceptional cases in connection parameters. Additionally, deployed newly initiated (AOs), multiple attribute decision making (MADM) model proposed. Then, applied City Penticton (British Columbia, Canada) select best choice accessible seven water reuse choices manifest practicality potency preferred comparison proffered models also particularized.
